Snow in UK

Long time since I blogged. Yet have a lot to pendown now.

Last few weeks I experienced the first and worst snowfall in UK. Especially after my return from Chennai. I get up everyday in the mroning opening my window screen and ofcourse I never get disappointed as I am always gifted to see a beautiful snow white city. The first few days were very exciting walking and watching snow! But take my words, slowly snowfall brought a lot of pain than enjoyment. It is quite difficult to walk on roads when the snow becomes quite heavy. You wont know the glassy ice on the road hidden and we slip and skit badly when we don't have a proper shor/boot. I had experienced quite a lot of times, skipping and falling down repending 'why dint I wear a better shoe!'. In the first few days of this white scenes, I clicked a lot of pictures with my Camera. But slowly even that started giving a lot of pain, not allowing me to stand out in snow even for a few minutes.

One more big disadvantage is that, you can never go out to the city for shopping or even just to roam about. You need a glove, thick jacket and all other accessories that will keep us warm but that doesn't still really make you enjoy your walk out. Snow is always heaven to watch but hell to commute as one of my firend commented1 very true.

Now I am jus fine with some positive temperatures in the weather scale. Atleast I can go out and walk happily without a hand glove! And this becomes very important when you have planned a trip somewhere. yes, this month to Paris! Hoping to have a better time.
