Long awaited trip!

My long awaitedtrip to Dorset and Brownsea Island came to an end. I wont forgive myself if I don't pen down it! Here it goes..

It was a saturday morning, temperature was around 5 deg with a slight drizzle at 5 AM. I got up, refreshed and booked a taxi to Norwich station. My roomie Bobby and his friend Satya joined me for the trip. We took a train to London waterloo. I was already exhausted and tired of the busy week, that made me to take a deep nap for a couple of hours and that assuaged all my body pain. We reached Stratford and took a tube to London Waterloo. If you haven't heard of Waterloo in London, Bourne Supremacy Matt damon would have roamed in the station for half of the movie! After 2 hrs of travel we took a train to Wool from Waterloo. Oh that was 3 hrs journey. I felt how am I gonna sit for another 3 hrs! gosh.. But you know it was drizzling continuously outside with mist covered fields, I enjoyed the ride very much.

We reached Wool at 12:15 PM and took a cab to my destination Dorset.Let me give some insight about the place. Its the Southwest tip of England having a Fantabulous sea shore! Lime Stone Cliffs, Pebble beach and strange shape of rocks. The place is exactly called as Durdle door due to the door shaped opening in the rock you find there. I took out my DSLR and started clicking whatever I see around. What an amazing fucking beauty it was!! For a minute I thought I had achieved everything in life. The place impinged in me with such a feeling. These are some of my clicks.

We spent around 2 hours there and then we went to the nearby hill called Lulworth. It was just an extension of Durdle door treating our eyes with more beautiful views. Mother nature was at her peak of beauty in that place. It was so windy and frivolous I was almost pushed down to ground a couple of times. I clicked as many pics I can.

After that we reached to Bournmouth a coast city where we had booked our hotels. Oh that was a bad experience searching for my hotel. It was hidden somewhere in the interior that made us walk nearly for an hour and a half. I was damn tired my legs and body were begging for rest since I exploited them the whole day! We found the hotel at last, refreshed and went to a Indian Hotel and finished our dinner. that night was the deepest and peaceful sleep in my life after a long tiresome day. Ofcourse an unforgettable day.

Next day morning we got set ready to brownsea Island. My long awaited dream for any Scout! Brownsea Island was the place where the first experimental camp held and that paved the path for a movement called scouting. Being a passionate Scout I always wanted to visit the place once. So we went to poole harbor from Bournmouth after having some bread and egg for breakfast. Poole Harbour is the Second largest natural harbor after Syndney. Such a wonderful place. We booked a ferry and it was a 20 mins boat ride to Brownsea Island.

We reached the place after a few mins of travel in the boat(Ferry would be better) and started walking inside. Since the place was of prime importance to me and one was of the Life time visit I had to click every single rock I saw there. Again a very beautiful Island that would attract a quite of tourists!

We walked into the Scout Trail where we saw the Scout Commemorate Stone and Baden Powell Outdoor centre. I shopped all valuable Scouting accessories which I will never find in India. We took a quite few snaps in there and we tried to climb a few small cliffs but that was done meticulously so as to avoid any accidents! Time was around 4 pm when we took a ferry back to poole Harbor. I had some snacks in McD and got ready for 5 hr trip tp Norwich. Uff... that was a too long journey to take anyone's excitement and energy! and we reached home at 12 Midnight in that cold weather. My cozy bed was awaiting for me..

A trip that deserved to find a place in my personal diary! Amigo..!

New stuff I am learning!

Mascelli's cine work book I got here spending a few pounds in Amazon. I am such a lucky guy to get the first edition in 1970's with author's hon'ble signature on the first sheet! I was reading the first few pages, F-Stops and T-Stop stuffs. The book is a panaroma of all technical cine stuff that a photographer/cinematographer would essentially need.
Ya it is a little difficult for me to understand but I always have 'Google' god on my 'Lap' :)

Sorry for the break!

Yippeee... I got my dream house! Thanks to Naveen's land lord Sam. The new house lord came to our home took us in his car and exhibited his house. What a man. He is the real Lord! :) A cute 2 bedroom, one kitchen, one dining room, one lounge, one backyard and 2 restrooms! Perfect for my expectations. Charlie the lord, you rock man! Too close to Norwich station, Morrisons, beautiful riverside, what else a greedy tenant like me would expect! But this awaits for us in december, yes a little late, worth though!

Ah, ridiculously tiring days. A huge project going live today, I was squeezed and shrunk in work for the past few days. Good anyways, after this I would be let free! :). I had developed a quite strange habit of watching movies in projector! haha... bizzare isn't it? It feels a real good when you watch a movie using a projector screen and speakers! I really enjoy it. Infact, past two weeks I was sleeping at 5 AM after 3 or 4 movies continuously! I know I am exploiting my health, but can't help and I love it! :))

Round About City

Jus went for a walk peeping into all letting agencies searching for a good 2 bedroom flat which I am due to move in a month. Buggers!! We found one at 2.30 and the agency shutdown at 2.29!! How misfortunate. I was quite hungry and next targetting Burger king, a reasonable fast food freak out with an economic cost price. Still I could not come out of imagining the LARGE coke which was tall for more than half a foot and I drank the whole not showing any mercy for my bowel! Woooo.. Its autumn here, trees started shedding their leaves full fledged dirtying the clean roads and quite windy, cold not that cooperative for a morning/evening walk.
Came home and watched a disturbing movie Írreversible.. Still I am not out of it. Yep will see later!! :)

Last day of the Month!

I was turning nuts today, my head accepting a lot of tasks at the same time and struggling to prioritize the one which needs exhaustive attention. Some how managed the day and wanted some time to spend in a movie. By evening, got an unexpected news from Naveen that the lady of the new home we were planning to shift, has refused to give the house since the old tenant has to extend his. F*** him. All my dreams of that beautiful house went in vain.
Both of us were awkwardly upset and landed up in Nandos after a dilemma of Noodle shop/Bella Italia/Pizza Hut. Had a couple of Hot spicy chicken pieces with some chips and went to our usual freak out Vue cinemas. We had three choices The Soloist, Fame and Dorian Gray. The Soloist Ad pretty much impressed me and we gave a go green for that. Yep, I would say a very good movie, James Fox and Robert Downie, lead roles who drive the entire script.

And yes just now came home and opened my pet lappie, typing this line with my eyes half closed!!

Colour and Size!

ooh ya the title looks bawdy! But what I wanted to say may not be so ludicrous. I was going through in net somewhere, an aggressive disussion on a white paired with a black(sorry for that!). Let me put it in a more legal phrase. An english paired with an African American(AA).

Being at norwich and after a few other city sight seeings, I have come across a lot of english girls moving around with AA guys. But its very unusual to see the other way. Not sure why the chemistry works in this fashion! But you know, if you ask an english girl for the reason the answers may shock you sometimes thats what I saw brazently in the discussion. As far as I know AA guys may look very gigantic and strong in appearance but they are very soft and humorous too. Yes, sometimes from porn movies, we come to feckless conclusions that all AA guys have big Dicks! WTF!! And trust me the girl gave the same reason. 'Girls prefer AA guys since they have long dicks. So is that you go to a person just because you get attracted religiously to his dick? A bad taste I would say.

This generation, if I ask any of my friend, what would you see in the girl you marry? The spontaneous answer would be 'fair and beautiful'. Oh then what will happen to the guys/girls who are not so, for which they don't have the power to do anything? Fruitless guys. Never know, when people gonna use their dormant brains!!

Movie Night

Was not really in mood to eat out but still went to Nandos, had a chicken and some chips with great diffculty since I was crunching a lot of snacks the whole day. Myself and Naveen planned for a movie, we normally would, reckon for a Orange Wednesday that generously offers a 2 for 1!

500 days of Summer was our target. Damn it! Slow, Slower and Slowest movie I would say. Casual acting is appreciated but when it comes to incongruously casual, that tested my patience. A movie that says, no destiny everything coincidental and all f***ing crap dialogues a girl would utter after dumping a guy into a deep ditch. I loved the first part when it says "The characters do not resemble anyone in real life but everything is coincidental.... especially to you bitch!!" haha.. funny director, showing his despise for some shit that has happened in his life. 1.5 hrs was almost like a day we spent in theatre! hehe still a good feel when it ended up with a new girl 'Autumn'.

A Change for a week

Due to my roomie's family arrival, I was asked(requested) to find an accomodation for a couple of weeks somewhere else. Though reluctancy barred me from giving him a go-green at the beginning, I made up my mind to accept the besetting offer for a change. After a long tiresome day, managed to pack a few things in my hand baggage and got a place in one of my friend's room. I feel, a change in place where you live definitely brings a freshness in your body and mind, hence the offer was accepted. But still the comfort zone(its wacky to say when I am 5000 miles away from my real CZ!) is lost for a week, my own bed and dim light at NR1 3HU!

A monday at home after a long time!

Its cold here. Got up after a late night movie ''eeram'', a quite good thriller revenge in Tamil. Nanda's dubious role, very impressive performance. Shankar is very keen in selecting a 'outcome based' script which he religiously follows from Kadhal.
Aah.. not able to sit here on the sofa, the cold piercing through my tracks to thigh. Jus came down to Newcastle to meet my bro-in-law and finish my Id 'celebrations'. A big city is this one than Norwich as usual imbued with pubs ands clubs and upon Tyne river which bears two beatiful connecting bridges between Newcastle and gateshead. Getting reluctantly ready to catch my 1700 train and waiting for a boring long 4 hr journey to Norwich. Have to resume my work from tomorrow,!

Back to my desk.

It has been quite a while since I peeped into this writing stuff since I came to Norwich. I was literally held up with my work and these social networks had made me a lap-top-o maniac, that I hardly find anytime to write a substantial content here. But, definitely there are loads and loads to write which I had seen and experienced in this white country in the past few months. Using a knife and a fork is one among the amazing western kind-a which this culture taught me.!
Like to wind up my prelude!

My country - uffff...

I feel very distressed to see Congress and DMK negotiations for MP seats, NDTV publishing frequent substantial updates on DMK demanding seats for its family members(affinity more for family than country). Though its very evidential that the party is demanding a bad and big piece of cake for making its family sit as ministers, and we the great citizens of India tune into NDTV and CNN to see(see only) such hot politics, we are helpless but just to feel pity about the situation of our own politics.
No doubt the demanding party won the race taking two of its family members as MPs kicking out TR Balu, saying, TamilNadu should have 2 of DMK party members… No No… DMK family members as Indian Ministers.

Blogger oozing out

After a long time, decided to unreveal the blogger peeping out of me. There is always a certain amount of controversial, humorous, wild and blasphemic spirits inside me which need a wide outlet to find their way in to the minds of others. And this blogspot may serve as one!
